This exercise sequence is designed to calibrate each of the body’s 4 posture zones separately. The sequence is designed to teach you how to develop a sense of proprioceptive awareness of all of your body’s 4 posture zones, while simultaneously serving as a warm up for any other exercise or strength or stretching routine you are engaged in. Please review the 4 Zone principles below before engaging in the exercises: Posture Pro Zone Headings Zone 1 : (Feet, ankles, knees, and pelvic base). Purpose: Load Entry and Ground Interaction. Zone 2: (pelvis, lumbar spine,and trunk interface). Purpose: Load Transfer and Central Stability. Zone 3: (rib cage, thoracic spine, and shoulders/arm complex) Purpose: Load Distribution, Rotation, and Breath. Zone 4: (neck, jaw, head and visual system).
