PosturePro is a clinical assessment and treatment planning application operated by Corporate Massage Therapies — Advanced Treatment Center LLC, owned and operated by Luther Lockard, LMT, Posture & Movement Coach ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use the PosturePro application.

By using PosturePro, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

Practitioner Account Information: When you register as a practitioner, we collect your name, email address, and professional details necessary to create and maintain your account.

Client Data: Practitioners enter client information including name, contact details, date of birth, medical history, chief complaint, and clinical assessment data (gait analysis, postural findings, treatment plans, progress notes, and session notes). This information is entered by and controlled by the practitioner.

Uploaded Media: Practitioners may upload videos and photographs of clients for gait analysis purposes. These files are stored securely and associated only with the relevant client record.

Usage Data: We may collect anonymised usage information (such as feature usage frequency) to improve the platform. This data does not identify individual users or clients.

• To generate AI-assisted clinical summaries and treatment plans based on data you input
• To send assessment reports and treatment plans to clients via email (only when the practitioner initiates this action)
• To maintain secure records of assessments, notes, and treatment plans
• To improve application functionality and user experience
• To communicate with practitioner account holders regarding platform updates or support

We do not sell, rent, or share your data or your clients' data with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.

PosturePro uses artificial intelligence to generate assessment summaries and treatment plan recommendations. When you generate an AI summary or treatment plan, the assessment data you have entered is processed by an AI model. This processing is used solely to generate clinical content within the app.

AI-generated content is advisory and is intended to support — not replace — the clinical judgement of a qualified practitioner.

All data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure provided by Base44. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to client records is restricted to the practitioner account that created them.

Uploaded video and photo files are stored securely and are accessible only via authenticated links within the platform.

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

PosturePro is a tool used by practitioners to manage their own client records. Practitioners are responsible for ensuring their use of PosturePro complies with all applicable privacy laws in their jurisdiction, including HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) where applicable in the United States.

Practitioners should obtain appropriate consent from their clients before recording, uploading, or processing any personal health information within the platform.

Client and assessment data is retained for as long as the practitioner's account remains active. Practitioners may delete individual client records or assessments at any time from within the application. Upon account closure, data may be retained for a period required by law before permanent deletion.

PosturePro is built on the Base44 platform and uses Base44's infrastructure for data storage and AI services. PosturePro may also use email delivery services to send reports on behalf of practitioners. These services are subject to their own privacy policies and are used solely to deliver platform functionality.

PosturePro is intended for use by healthcare and movement practitioners and is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Client records for minors may be entered by practitioners in their professional capacity, subject to applicable consent requirements.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format
